London Eye

London to me was just as if I was walking in super clean Mumbai ………..The colonial structures that every Indian can relate to embellishes the Brit capital. The air is whisk as the Thames flows murky.

The Queen , her Palace “The Buckingham” , her guards, the Westminster’s Abbey , the Big Ben , The Piccadilly Square ,The bright red buses………… ......so much to look forward. Not to forget the London Bridge that we recited as a nursery rhyme.

Amsterdam's Silsila.............The Tulip Garden

No wonder Yash Chopra took Amitabh Bacchan and Rekha to the never ending Tulip blooms to eternalise Love in his film “Silsila”. The ambiance and the atmosphere was so captivation that it did not spare the leads for falling for each other and to follow was a lot of emotional chemistry and creation of cine history. My visit to the Tulip garden,'Keukenhof', at Amsterdam left me in a trance …..I just wished that it continued till eternity .There was a squish or hue on the soft green canvas of nature ………perhaps just the right dose to fall in love over and over again.

Shopoholic evening at Puri beach

In  the evenings, the Puri Beach has a  carnival of people bustling at the makeshift shopping kiosks that sell just the stuff you would want to take back home. Suited for every budget there is some thing you will surely lay your hands on.

roofed with plastic sheets and illuminated with temporary lighting arrangement , these shops just have a riot of colours and the feel of textures. All you need to do is, to put your hand forward and grasp .

A peep into the shops by the Puri Sands .
